teddy Chadwick

 

Education:

Teddy Chadwick earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California in Political Science, also earning minors in Business and Economics, while also graduating cum laude in three and half years.  During his seven semesters at USC, Mr. Chadwick made the Dean’s List six times, was granted membership in numerous honors societies, including the Golden Key Honors Society, the Order of Omega Greek Honors Society, and theBlackstonian’s Pre-Law Honors Society.  He also held numerous leadership positions in the Theta Xi fraternity, including Vice President and President.
After USC, Mr. Chadwick attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with a criminal law concentration while also taking classes in tax law and immigration law.  In addition to his academics, he became student body Vice President and was a moot court teaching assistant for one of the top ranked moot court programs in the country.
Notable Information on Mr. Chadwick:
Teddy Chadwick has experience and expertise in criminal law, business law, and immigration law.  He has vast experience in criminal law have clerked for different district attorneys offices for over a year, and completing jury trials, preliminary hearings, and various other motions in the process.  He also earned a concentration in criminal law from UC Hastings.  Mr. Chadwick also has many years of experience in immigration law and removal proceedings where he has used his experience in criminal law to help get the best results for his non-citizen clients in criminal proceedings and immigration court.
Mr. Chadwick also has experience in other areas as well, however.  Prior to joining CHH Law, Mr. Chadwick worked as an associate attorney specializing in transactional entertainment law.  From that experience he gained a lot of knowledge about contract drafting, interpretation, and review.  He also has worked as an intellectual property specialist in trademark law.
Outside of the law firm, Mr. Chadwick volunteers for the Theta Xi fraternity as the alumni advisor for its USC chapter.  He also volunteers at his church, where he is the young adult minister and a tenor in the choir.  In his spare time, he enjoys watching all his favorite sports teams and playing tennis.

Frank Hwu

 

Education:
Frank Hwu earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Psychology, graduating in 2002 magna cum laude.  While at UCLA, Mr. Hwu was a candidate for the UC Regents Scholarship and repeatedly made the Dean’s list.  He also was a member of Psi Chi, UCLA’s honors society in psychology.
After UCLA, Mr. Hwu worked at the Department of Justice until deciding to go to law school.  In 2006, he attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated with a tax concentration while also taking classes in civil litigation and immigration.  In addition, he also became class president for the third year class, was a staff editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, and was a teaching assistant for Hastings LEOP program.

Frank Hwu has experience and expertise in tax law, civil litigation, immigration law, and Mandarin translation services.  He earned a concentration in tax law from UC Hastings and has advised small business in legal and tax matters.  He also gained a lot of experience in tax work while at the Department of Justice researching issues such as the tax consequences of same-sex marriages.  Through those experiences, his education at UC Hastings, and as a summer associate for the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2007 and Milberg LLP in 2008, Mr. Hwu also gained a thorough understanding of civil litigation and civil filings.
Finally, as an immigrant himself, Mr. Hwu gained first-hand knowledge of the immigration system.  This encouraged him to study immigration law in law school and help other Chinese immigrants once he obtained his law degree.  Indeed, after law school, Mr. Hwu has helped many immigrants obtain visas and asylum status from mainland China.
When not doing legal work, Mr. Hwu is also a certified translator for Chinese Mandarin, both written and verbal.  He also was a manager for a restaurant, and an experienced tour guide.  In his spare time, Mr. Hwu enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and playing pick-up basketball.

Andy Huang

 

Education:
Andy Huang earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California Los Angeles in Economics, graduating in 2005.  After UCLA, Mr. Huang attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he graduated in the top-third of his class with a concentration in intellectual property.  While at UC Hastings, Mr. Huang also took classes in civil litigation, family law, and criminal law.

Andy Huang has experience and expertise in business law, civil litigation, family law, and criminal law.  He earned a concentration in intellectual property law from UC Hastings and has advised small business in their legal matters, including patent litigation and general counsel work.  He also has a plethora of experience in family planning, helping draft numerous wills and trusts, and handled many divorce proceedings.  Finally, he has training and experience in criminal law, having taken numerous criminal classes at UC Hastings and handled misdemeanor complaints.
Mr. Huang speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, and in his free time enjoys coaching youth basketball and playing pick-up basketball.  He also loves traveling, having gone to the Olympics in China and run with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.
