Dave Singh earned his undergraduate degrees from the Stanford University, graduating with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Philosophy. While attending Stanford, Dave was heavily involved and took on leadership roles in student organizations on campus: Dave served on the Executive Board for the Pre-Law Society and as the Marketing Director of the Asia Technology Initiative. Dave was also a member of the Sigma Nu fraternity.
Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Dave attended UC Hastings College of the Law, where he served as a Production Editor on the Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal (COMM/ENT) and Co-President of the South Asian Law Students Association. Dave was also the recipient of the prestigious Farella Braun + Martel Diversity Scholarship in addition to serving as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Dave focuses his law practice in the areas of estate planning, business law, and asset protection and has built an extensive client base that includes families, business owners, and high-net worth individuals who seek out Dave’s to ensure that their assets are protected and that their heirs will be provided for as intended. Dave also provides businesses with legal advice relating to business formation and organization, in addition to issues relating to their business affairs, corporate formalities, insurance disputes, and other related concerns.
